Yevhenii is a policy-oriented macroeconomist specializing in monetary economics, macro-finance, and macroeconomic policy. His research develops DSGE models to examine how monetary and exchange rate policies shape macro-financial stability under extreme conditions, including crises, the effective lower bound, and wartime environments.
He completed PhD in Economics at the University of Liverpool, advised by Oliver de Groot and Alexey Gorn.
His research is informed by previous roles at the Deutsche Bundesbank, the National Bank of Slovakia, and nearly a decade of experience at the National Bank of Ukraine.
