Sebastian finished his PhD in 2024 at the University of Munich (LMU). Between 2022 and 2023, he was a visiting fellow at UC Berkeley. He has previously studied at Warwick and Oxford. Sebastian's main areas of interest are political economy, organizational economics, and economics of innovation.
