I am an applied microeconomist with research interests at the intersection of labour economics, behavioural economics and gender economics. In my job market paper, we collect novel survey data from Germany to shed light on the perceived benefits, costs and constraints to maternal labour supply, and the role of beliefs in predicting labour supply intentions.
