Germán Reyes is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Middlebury College, a Research Affiliate at IZA, and an Invited Researcher at J-PAL. His research lies at the intersection of labor and behavioral economics, with a current focus on how AI is reshaping labor markets and human capital formation. His work has been published in the Review of Economics and Statistics, the Journal of Labor Economics, and the Journal of Political Economy: Microeconomics, and supported by the Russell Sage Foundation, the Spencer Foundation, and the Upjohn Institute. He received his PhD in Economics from Cornell University.
