Christophe Gaillac

Christophe Gaillac is an Associate Professor at the University of Geneva (GSEM, IEE). He was previously a postdoctoral Prize Research Fellow at the University of Oxford and Nuffield College, and received his PhD in Economics from the Toulouse School of Economics (TSE). He is also a Research Affiliate at CREST-ENSAE and TSE, and a Research Fellow at the Rockwool Foundation Berlin. He is one author of Machine Learning for Econometrics (Oxford University Press, 2025).
Christophe is teaching the Machine Learning course in 2026's Summer School.
