Dahab Aglan is a Postdoctoral Teaching and Research Fellow in Economics. Her research focus is on development economics, particularly government policies aimed at forced migration, conflict and social cohesion. Using field experiments and survey evidence, she also evaluates the impacts of return migration policies on the welfare and pursuit of justice among populations in fragile and post-conflict settings in the Middle East, which hosts one of the world’s largest concentrations of forcibly displaced individuals, including refugees and internally displaced persons (IDPs) living both inside and outside of camps.
