Future Global Strategists Summer School
Programme overview
Why do some countries become more powerful than others? How do economic strength, political strategy and technological innovation combine to shape international order? What happens when trade, infrastructure and energy become instruments of rivalry – and who pays the price?
At the University of Oxford’s Future Global Strategists Summer School, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how economics, geopolitics and technology increasingly intersect, while developing critical thinking, analytical and leadership skills.
Over two weeks, you’ll work alongside students from across the globe and experience university-style teaching from leading Oxford academics and practitioners, exploring the forces driving global economic and political change and how governments, businesses and international organisations navigate a rapidly changing world.
Delivered through a unique collaboration between Saïd Business School, the Department of Economics, and the Department of Politics and International Relations (DPIR) at the University of Oxford.
