Our approach to tailored programmes

Every Oxford Elevate tailored programme begins with a conversation. We work closely with your organisation to understand your strategic context, leadership objectives, and the economic questions shaping your decisions.

From there, our academic team designs a programme that balances intellectual depth with practical relevance. Teaching is interactive and discussion-led, encouraging participants to interrogate assumptions, test ideas, and engage critically with economic evidence.

Programmes typically combine expert lectures, question-driven seminars, and small-group discussion, creating space for reflection as well as debate.

Process steps

  1. Discovery and scoping: defining your challenges, audience, and outcomes

  2. Academic design: shaping content with Oxford economists

  3. Delivery: in-person, online, or hybrid

  4. Reflection and impact: embedding insight into organisational thinking

"I thought the whole course was excellent. The expertise the Oxford team brought to the table was incredible, and it was shared in such an accessible and digestible way. The pace, delivery and structure were superb. I learnt more about the realities of climate change in these two days than I have in a couple of years of reading. Truly impactful.”
