Andrea Maestri
Predoctoral Fellow
Andrea is a Predoctoral Fellow at the Department of Economics. He obtained a MRes in Economics at the School of Research of Sciences Po Paris in June 2025. Previously, he held positions as research assistant at the Trade Policy Division of the OECD and as a trainee at the European Central Bank. Currently, he serves as a Research Replicator for the Journal of Political Economy (University of Chicago), after having held the same role for the the Economic Journal and the Econometric Journal (Royal Economic Society).
Among others, his research interests include debt and fiscal policy, monetary policy and macro-financial issues.
