ROLE SPECIFICATIONS
- Up to 4 posts per annum
- Typically advertised in summer of each year with an early application deadline, in 2022 it will be in September
- Fixed term 3 year appointment
- Salary: Grade 7: The Fellowships have a starting salary of £46,047 p.a.
- Research allowance of at least £2,819 p.a and access to apply for additional research funding
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advanced study and research with a view to publication in leading international economics journals
- Developing and managing a research programme independently and presenting at international conferences and workshops
- Teaching up to 20 hours of lectures or 30 hours of TA-format teaching per annum
- Administration of teaching and research, organising seminars and workshops

ABOUT YOU
- You will recently have been awarded or are about to be awarded a PhD or equivalent in a relevant subject from a major research university
- Ability to present research findings effectively and develop the Department’s research programme
- Innovative and able to work effectively with colleagues
- Ability to teach and assess high-achieving and challenging graduate students
