We are pleased to announce that Professor Sophocles Mavroeidis’ project ENDORSE has been selected for funding by the European Commission under the ERC Proof of Concept grant. It is yet to be decided whether the project will be funded by the European Commission or UKRI (under the guarantee funding scheme).
The project aims at developing a Toolkit for efficient estimation and use of a broad class of state-of-the-art time-series models for policy analysis and forecasting. The duration of the project is 18 months, and the grant amount is €150,000.
The Department congratulates Sophocles on the success of this grant application, and will provide continued support for the project, which contributes to the departmental research agenda and culture.
