Sam Altmann awarded Sir Alec Cairncross prize

Congratulations to Sam Altmann, who has been awarded the Sir Alec Cairncross prize by the Scottish Economic Society.

The prize is awarded for the best paper presented by an early career researcher, and it was presented at the joint Scottish Economic Society and Royal Economic Society annual conference.
