Oxford Economics achieves second place in the UK in the QS World Rankings

The University of Oxford has been named second in the UK and eighth in the world in the 2022 QS World Rankings for the Economics & Econometrics subject category. The rankings, which were announced on Wednesday 6th April, are based upon academic reputation, employer reputation and research impact.

The rankings by subject are compiled annually using research citations and the results of major global surveys, and are intended to help prospective students identify the leading universities in a particular subject. Oxford retains its second place ranking among UK universities in Economics and Econometrics from 2021, and has risen one place from 9th to 8th in the world since last year.
