MISHEL GHASSIBE WINS THE STUDENT COMPETITION AT THE ECB FORUM ON CENTRAL BANKING

The Department of Economics would like to congratulate DPhil student, Mishel Ghassibe, for winning the student poster competition at the European Central Bank Forum on Central Banking.

The ECB Forum on Central Banking was held in Sintra, Portugal on 18-20 June 2018.

Mishel was one of 11 finalists in the young economist competition, which invited conference participants to talk to the students individually about their posters and research. Mishel was awarded the prize for best young economist for his poster titled “Monetary Policy and Production Networks: An Empirical Investigation”.
