DPHIL STUDENTS AND POSTDOCS HAVE BEEN SELECTED FOR THE 7TH LINDAU NOBEL LAUREATE MEETING ON ECONOMIC SCIENCES

Congratulations to David Delacretaz, Emma Riley, Mishel Ghassibe, Jan Bakker and Markus Parlasca who have been selected for the 7th Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting on Economic Sciences. 

The Lindau Nobel Laureate Meetings take place once a year, where around 30-40 Nobel Laureates convene in Lindau to meet the next generation of leading scientists. The meeting on Economic Sciences takes place every three years. The Lindau Nobel Laureate Meetings foster the exchange of knowledge among scientists of different generations, cultures, and disciplines.

For the 7th Lindau Meeting on Economic Sciences, over 80 nationalities are represented in the world-wide nominations. 370 most qualified young economists have been selected.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 7th Lindau Meeting on Economic Sciences has been postponed until next year, from 24 to 28 August 2021.
