Descriptions of the awards:

  • The George Webb Medley Fund is the principal prize fund for Economics, Politics and Philosophy in Oxford and we can count amongst the past winners of the Economics prizes many very eminent scholars.
  • The Arthur Lewis Prize is named for an economist from Saint Lucia
  • Luca D’Agliano was an MSc student at St Antony’s in the early 1980s. He tragically died in a car accident shortly before he started his DPhil. His parents established the prize fund nearly 30 years ago.
