CHRISTOPHER ROTH AWARDED 2019 EDGEWORTH PRIZE

The 2019 Edgeworth prize for the outstanding DPhil thesis has been awarded to Christopher Roth for his thesis entitled “Essays on Beliefs and Economic Behaviour”.

Christopher studied Economics at the University of Warwick, graduating in 2012, and Psychology at the University of Hagen, Germany, graduating in 2013.  He received a Distinction in the MPhil in Economics at Oxford (Keble College) in 2014, and then progressed to the DPhil (Keble College), completing in 2018.  He is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the Institute on Behaviour and Inequality.

The Department is delighted to congratulate Christopher and to wish him continuing success as he takes up a post as Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Warwick this Autumn.
