Oxford Economics Summer School

The courses that are part of the summer school are taught at graduate level Economics; the course material is aimed at those completing a PhD at other institutions. We expect you to have some understanding of the topics before attending the course. For some courses, a basic level of coding will also be useful.

Although we expect you to have a good level of understanding, we will allow anyone over the age of 18 to register. If you attend the course without a good level of understanding of the topics, you may find you are not able to participate fully during sessions. Suggested further reading will be provided to confirmed participants before the start of the summer school.

Participants must be over the age of 18 when registering for the summer school. Any registrations for attendees under 18 years of age will be notified and refunded.

You can register for a place on the course by completing this registration form. Once this has been completed, you will receive a link to pay the course fees straight away.

We require both your registration form and payment in order to confirm your place on the course. Once we have received both registration and payment, we will send a confirmation email and letter with further details about the course. A link to pay for accommodation will also be in this email.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer any funding or discounts for the summer school this year. We recommend contacting your home institution for any opportunities they may have or external funding suppliers.

Once paid, online stores will provide a confirmation of payment and receipt. We are not able to change any information on these documents, so please ensure any details needed on the receipt are entered into online stores when paying.
