The interests of this research group range from work on incentive structures and how they impact on hedge fund strategies and on risk taking amongst banking executives, to the econometrics of extracting useful information from high frequency data, which comes from exchanges.

Many members of the group are affiliated with the Oxford-Man Institute, a university-wide research centre in various aspects of finance. The members of the research group are active participants in the cross-disciplinary seminar series organised by the Oxford-Man Institute. We also participate in finance seminars run out of the Said Business School in Oxford.
