Victor's research agenda focuses on two broad questions: how do socioeconomic institutions shape gender norms? and how to increase states (fiscal) capacity? He addresses these questions using field experiments, survey experiments and administrative datasets, with insights from economic theory. Victor completed his PhD at the Paris School of Economics in 2020.
