Stephanie Palla

Steph joins Oxford from GiveDirectly where she opened the Liberian office as Country Director. Prior to Liberia, Steph spent two years managing field operations in Kenya for GiveDirectly, including the field implementation of the organization’s Universal Basic Income trial. She has previously worked on electoral politics and policy implementation in the United States, including work on President Obama’s re-election bid in Iowa and overseeing four state-wide operations to implement the Affordable Care Act. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston University.
