Summary: Public economics: macroeconomic policy in developing countries.
Exploring how the shape of optimal tax-transfer schedules varies under different (and more realistic than usual in this literature) assumptions about government objectives, public expenditures, the production technology, the skill distribution, and the relation between pay and productivity.
